Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual (French-English) Instructional Designer to join our Global Training Services team, supporting the Government of Canada. You will design scalable learning experiences for a large public sector environment, creating eLearning, instructor-led materials, guides, and simulations.

You will translate complex concepts into engaging content in both French and English, work with SMEs, and stay current with product updates. Experience with Articulate Rise is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Experience designing eLearning and digital learning experiences.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Teams and learning management systems.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learner-centered training solutions that drive understanding and adoption of the Dayforce platform.
• Develop a variety of learning assets including eLearning, instructor‑led materials, guides, job aids, and simulations.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences in both French and English.
• Create customized learning solutions using client-specific data and business processes.
• Stay current with Dayforce product updates and continuously evolve learning content.
• Apply tools such as Articulate Rise and other modern platforms to build scalable digital learning.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and alignment.
