Trader Corporation is seeking a bilingual Regional Sales Manager (EN/FR) in Toronto, ON, to lead the Inside Sales team. The role emphasizes top-tier customer service, revenue protection, new client acquisition, and proactive market trend analysis.

Daily coaching will be essential to drive performance and execute advertising programs. The position requires 3–5 years in sales management, with a background in advertising/media and call centers preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Commerce or Administration.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a sales management position with a history of leading high performing sales teams.
• A background in advertising/ media and call centers.

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth through channel vision, strategies and initiatives to meet targets.
• Manage workflow: monitor revenues, client acquisition and activity standards with data-driven improvements.
• Coach and develop team members, implement succession planning and drive performance.
• Enhance customer focus and ensure excellent service levels and profitability.
