Job summary

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French required.
- Experience in inside sales, B2B or technology sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success in business development and account management.
- Strong analytical skills for sales performance and market trends.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms for managing customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal support resource for Account Managers and assist other managers.
- Proactively contact existing customers to promote products and programs.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate sales programs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain detailed customer information in the ERP system and prepare reports.
- Support sales planning and territory initiatives, ensuring timely deliverables.
