Job description

Join to apply for the Bilingual Immigration Case Manager role at Pacston.

Pacston Canada is seeking Case Managers to work remotely in Canada, managing global immigration cases.

This role serves as the primary contact and support for clients requiring global immigration applications. Responsibilities include instructing, assisting, and communicating with clients to prepare necessary documents.

Full training and orientation will be provided post-onboarding. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in law or the legal field, providing exposure to federal law and global talent migration.

Applicants should be able to work 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
  2. Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
  3. Respond to client messages in the case management system
  4. Work on reference letter projects
  5. Overtime may be required to respond to clients' messages and complete projects on time
  6. Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  1. Excellent English writing skills
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Outstanding client service skills
  4. Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro
  5. High self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  6. Professional demeanor
  7. Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  8. BA or MA degree
  9. Speak a second language other than English
  10. Relevant internship or work experience is an asset
