Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms in Leamington, Ontario is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to support the Temporary Foreign Worker program and employee relations across the People & Culture Department.

You will administer LMIA applications, coordinate onboarding and leave matters, partner with management on performance and investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience preferred in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support performance management processes and investigations.
• Record incidents, conduct investigations, and document meetings.
• Coordinate leave of absence, grievances, coaching discussions, and policy adherence.
• Administer LMIA applications, work permits, visas, and liaise with recruitment agencies.
