Job summary

RBC Insurance seeks a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to provide expert insurance guidance by phone, helping clients protect what matters most. You’ll be empathetic, professional and deliver clear, upfront guidance while supporting individual and team sales goals.

You’ll conduct needs assessments, explain coverages, and ensure underwriting aligns with regulatory requirements, collaborating with RBC partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or ability to obtain it with RBC training.
• Bilingual English and French required to serve clients.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
• Demonstrate a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first point of contact.
• Complete personalized needs assessments using tools to demonstrate value and support recommendations.
