Job summary

JLL in Calgary is recruiting a Guest Services Representative to deliver professional, courteous service to shoppers and retailers at the shopping centre. You will promote gift cards, answer inquiries, and assist guests with directions and information while maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication in English and French, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
High school education required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Friendly, proactive, solution-focused and customer-service oriented.
Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of shopping centre services and locations.
Proactively create memorable customer interactions and provide excellent service.
Interact with shoppers and retailers courteously.
Promote and sell shopping centre gift cards.
Answer phone calls.
Develop relationships with retailers and educate them about services.
Assist guests with directions and information.
Maintain product knowledge to suggest gifts or store options.
Follow Crisis Management Manual and understand guest services roles.
Participate in special projects and other duties.
Support supervisor with administrative tasks.
Maintain travel brochure displays and inventories.
Update contacts and inventories for tourist brochures.
