Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Solution Consultant (Bilingual) to implement our workforce management solutions for customers in Canada.

You will design the application and follow the implementation milestones, working with project managers to complete system configurations and deployments. The role requires 3+ years of time and attendance software experience, strong consulting and customer interface skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing time & attendance software.
• Consulting / customer interface experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Must be bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG workforce management software in various environments.
• Analyze business rules and configure applications to meet requirements.
• Configure software interfacing products and document processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and customer support during configurations.
• Advise customers on system configuration and industry-specific features.
• Research questions and assist testing with the customer team.
