LASIK MD in Dieppe, NB, seeks a Receptionist to warmly welcome patients, manage calls and appointments, and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate with ophthalmology experts, support administrative tasks, and travel to nearby clinics as needed.

Fluency in English and French is required, with a strong patient service mindset and teamwork orientation. The position offers a permanent full-time schedule (32-35 hrs/week) with benefits including a quarterly bonus, insurance, and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or administrative assistant in a medical setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and patient care skills required.
• Comfortable with computers and modern software tools.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and direct them to the waiting room and ensure questionnaires are completed.
• Handle mail, clinic phone lines, voicemails, and call patients to confirm appointments.
• Update medical records and scheduling software after patient arrival and departure.
• Manage clinic inventory and maintain cleanliness and aesthetics when needed.
