Job summary

PBS Systems is seeking a STT Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops to deliver training and support for the PBS Dealer Management Software in English and French. You will train customers remotely and on-site, develop module expertise, assist with installations, and provide ongoing implementation support across North America.

The role is a remote work opportunity based in the Montreal area, with roughly 50% of time at home and 50% traveling to customer sites across Canada, the US, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken, reading and writing).
• 1–2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, Fixed Operations.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and quick learning of new tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month; valid passport and license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and support for PBS Dealer Management Software in English and French.
• Train customers in virtual and in-person sessions; develop module expertise and assist with installations.
• Provide ongoing support throughout implementation and maintain documentation.
• Identify customer needs, respond to requests promptly, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and share knowledge across modules.
