Playground Poker is seeking a Fine Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will use menu knowledge to make recommendations, present tables beautifully, and manage payments with precision.

Applicants must be bilingual, 18+, with prior serving experience and strong communication and organizational skills. The role involves standing, multitasking, and working weekends/evenings/holidays in a fast-paced setting on site.

Qualificações

• Must be bilingual and 18 years or older.
• Previous waitress/waiter experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, with pairing recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide unparalleled service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our menu and offerings.
• Make engaging recommendations and answer menu questions.
• Serve food and beverages and attend to guests’ needs promptly.
• Maintain impeccable table cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift.
