Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
• Quebec – Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance (Quebec)
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in financial services
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Digital literacy across devices
• Bilingualism (English and French) required

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and understand clients' circumstances and concerns
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice
• Use RBC partners to meet clients' financial needs across personal and business sectors
• Provide professional advice on credit and investments appropriate to client situations
• Promote digital enablement and encourage clients to self-serve while offering guidance
• Build relationships both virtually and face-to-face in the local community
• Collaborate with financial planning, retirement, mortgages and business banking professionals
