• Demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in all interactions
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice
• Leverage RBC partner capabilities to meet clients' financial needs (personal and business)
• Provide professional advice on credit and investments aligned with client financial situations
• Educate clients on digital self-serve options while guiding them to channels of choice
• Use technology to connect with clients virtually and in person
• Implement relationship-building strategies to accelerate client acquisition and retention locally
• Collaborate with financial planning, mortgages, and business banking experts for tailored guidance
