The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs supporting our Partners and is a key part of our Core Business Services team. We support our organization by delivering exceptional service, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, aligned with our vision of building a better working world.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy collaborating with colleagues and understanding needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

Business support
  • Engagement maintenance: Support client engagement management, track and report time & expenses, run reports, maintain accurate client data, and assist in billing processes.
  • Document management: Create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using firm brand standards and Microsoft tools.
  • Meetings & events: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and events, liaise with teams, manage travel, and handle multiple calendars.
  • Teamwork: Participate in meetings and learning events, engage in team initiatives, and provide backup support to colleagues.

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.

  • Fluency in French and English; bilingualism required.
