The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs who support our Partners and are a key part of our Core Business Services team. We support our organization by delivering exceptional service, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, aligned with its vision of building a better working world.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy teaming with colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Business support: Support client engagement management, track and report time & expenses, run reports, maintain accurate client/contact data, and play a key role in billing.
  • Document management: Use firm standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools.
  • Meetings & events: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and events, liaise with teams for larger events, manage travel, and handle multiple calendars.
  • Teaming: Participate in meetings and learning events, engage in team initiatives, and provide backup support.
