Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking an Employment Specialist, Case Manager (Bilingual) to deliver tailored employment services to diverse client groups in Ottawa. The role works within a Case Management Team to provide wrap-around supports and help clients achieve sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social sciences or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in employment initiatives and case management.
• Experience administering interviews and assessments.
• Collaborative goal setting and progress evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct one-on-one employment support to clients.
• Determines eligibility and suitability for services.
• Develops and updates Employment Action Plans.
• Manages client caseloads and documents progress.
• Provides financial supports per program guidelines.
