Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year diploma or better in Employment Services or related field.
• Experience in employment services or related field (1 year).
• Certification/knowledge of BC Employment Services sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers case management using in-person, outreach and virtual methods.
• Builds rapport, assesses needs and develops action plans for labour market attachment.
• Provides ongoing employment coaching and progress updates.
