Job summary

Newcom Media Inc. is seeking a bilingual Education Coordinator to support our continuing education platforms across Canada. You will handle learner support, accreditation submissions, LMS administration, and maintain resources and procedures under the Director, CE Corner.

This is a full-time role open to candidates in Ontario, Quebec, or British Columbia. You will serve as a first point of contact for user help, manage enrollments and reports, update knowledge bases, and assist with CE credit

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Experience as an administrator in a learning management system (LMS).
• Strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to write succinctly and tailor language for different audiences.
• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience completing grant, accreditation, and compliance applications is an asset.
• Financial industry experience is an asset.
• French business-level proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for user help requests through our ticketing system.
• Support administrative duties with CE Corner's learning platforms, including user management, enrollments, reporting, and course setup.
• Respond to user support inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with the application process for continuing education (CE) credits with a variety of governing bodies across Canada.
• Update and refresh knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support resources for Newcom’s learning platforms.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and internal procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
