Job summary

Scn-Industrial is seeking a Customer Service Representative to develop and maintain solid business relationships with our valued customers. The CSR will process quotes and orders, provide technical information, and upsell promotions while collaborating with outside sales managers to drive sales across Canada.

Qualifications include 2 years in customer service, a post-secondary diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and bilingual fluency in French and English.

• Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written. This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming quote requests.
• Process orders that come by telephone, and email.
• Provide technical information as required.
• Offer solutions to clients' business needs.
• Upsell promotions that may affect theirs orders.
• Communicate on the availability of products and progress of existing orders.
• Partner with outside sales managers to help drive sales and improve customer service.
