Morningstar in Toronto is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to support institutional data clients and independent advisors across English and French. You will build deep client relationships, drive retention, and partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation—to advocate for client needs, resolve challenges, and deliver a seamless client experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting, or a client-facing role.
• Must be bilingual in English and French.
• Experience supporting financial services clients and technology solutions is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients and independent advisors, developing understanding of business objectives and success criteria to drive retention.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor client health and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive value-added activities, identify growth opportunities.
• Lead proactive client engagement through regular touchpoints, business reviews, and strategic discussions that drive product adoption and long-term retention.
• Provide consultative guidance by applying knowledge of products, industry trends, and client workflows to uncover opportunities.
• Lead client training and enablement with onboarding, training sessions, and best-practice guidance to drive adoption and success.
• Identify and influence expansion opportunities through client discovery and collaboration with Sales and Product teams to drive business growth.
