Benefits
  • $46,000 Annual Salary
  • Full time, Permanent position
  • Hybrid Workstyle (4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Winnipeg)
  • Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
  • 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
  • Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
  • Must have strong computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time (multitasking)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service experience or Call Center experience required
  • Able to work under pressure
  • High School Diploma required
