Job summary

Trans Global Service in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Regular Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering courteous, prompt assistance to customers over the phone, resolving questions with first contact resolution, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies and products.

You will collaborate with peers and management, follow up with customers to identify needs, promote loyalty with value-added solutions, and handle routine clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment required.
• Utmost discretion with confidential customer information.
• Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Superior organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work effectively with and without supervision.
• Bilingual in French and English.
