Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing via email, fax, and SAP with accuracy.
• Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor and cover phone queue during shift to support callers.
• Document customer interactions and adjustments for audits and records.
• Analyze billing, orders, and inventory data to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain strong customer focus and compliance with policies and procedures.
