The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customer service, strong communication in English and French, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• College or university education is preferred, with a focus on Business Administration or related field.
• Bilingual French spoken and written; working with key customers in Quebec.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, office administration, junior account management, supply chain, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Exposure to or experience using NetSuite is an asset.
• Understanding of supply chain processes including order flow, inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer fulfillment.
• Ability to triage customer needs, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions independently.
• Empathetic, professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in French is an asset but not required.
• Onsite role based at Mississauga location; Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Salary range stated as $52,000 to $55,000 per year.

Aufgaben

• Providing general sales and administrative support and performing a wide variety of tasks.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers including active-duty police, fire, and EMS personnel.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, identifying needs and placing orders.
• Provide product pricing and recommendations to support add-on sales.
• Record all order information including price, discounts, ship-to address and notes.
• Document inbound inquiries with correct disposition and resolution.
• Initiates orders for replacement parts and corrects errors (shortages, wrong items).
• Resolve customer concerns (freight costs, warranty guidelines, pricing, returns, delays).
• Maintain ID verification for restricted items.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and other management tasks as assigned.
