Source for Sports is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Associate to join its Marketing team in Burlington, Ontario. This role supports website sales and ensures responsive service to customers and stores.

The position is hybrid: 1 day in office in Burlington and 4 days remote. You will handle English and French inquiries by phone and email, assist with order changes, refunds, and vendor communications while contributing to a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent grammar and spelling in both languages.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for general customer service and website-related inquiries.
• Provide customer service support in both English and French by phone and email.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely, accurate communication.
• Assist with order management, changes, cancellations, refunds and returns.
• Support store teams with the order management system and related processes.
