Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years progressive experience selling/managing National and Regional Grocery/Club/Mass customers within the food industry.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing and basic understanding of plant operations.
• Ability to travel throughout the country for customer development or CHG meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of budgeted top and bottom-line sales objectives across designated channels.
• Develop branded and private label business with key customers such as Costco Canada and Metro.
• Collaborate with customer teams on challenges, opportunities, innovation, and pricing.
• Manage brokers, trade promotion planning, and measure performance.
• Drive growth through strategic plans, margin improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate market trends and action plans to internal teams.
