Bilingual Credit Representative (Temporary – Hybrid)

Etobicoke, ON | 3-month contract with potential extension

Join a leading organization in the food industry as a Bilingual Credit Representative. This is a Monday to Friday hybrid opportunity, with 3 in-office days of your choice and a flexible start time between 7 : 30 AM and 9 : 00 AM.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of accounts for credit approvals and timely payment collection

Release customer orders within credit terms and limits

Investigate and resolve deductions, short payments, and claims using SAP

Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to resolve disputes

Support monthly portfolio reviews and assist with account analysis for settlements

What You Bring :

2+ years of experience in collections and deduction resolution

Strong communication, reconciliation, and organizational skills

Experience with SAP and bilingualism in French and English is required

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
