Stevenson & White is seeking a Bilingual Credit & Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Ottawa for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead credit risk assessments, set credit limits, and monitor AR performance while ensuring compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in credit/AR, excellent French and English communication, and strong MS Office skills. Competitive salary with benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in credit and accounts receivable.
• Exceptional communication skills in French and English.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk assessments and establish appropriate credit limits for key accounts.
• Monitor credit exposure, payment trends, and accounts receivable to mitigate financial risk.
• Oversee collections, resolve complex account discrepancies, and recommend escalations when necessary.
• Coordinate daily credit and AR operations and provide guidance to team members.
