Job summary

iFinance Canada, part of the Iceberg Finance Group, is hiring a Bilingual Credit Agent in the Toronto area. This role focuses on building B2B relationships and learning credit decisioning while leveraging bilingual communication in English and French.

You will support credit file analysis, handle calls and emails, and participate in ad hoc data entry and adjudication tasks within a team environment. Hybrid work with a weekend rotation offers growth in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.

• Fluent in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Support credit approvers in analyzing credit files.
• Make inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files.
• Respond to customer calls and emails.
• Enter data for customer files.
• Assist in credit adjudication with training provided.
• Provide excellent service to clients.
• Work four days per week in the office and one day from home.
• Rotate weekend shifts once a month.

This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Credit Agent.

This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

Key Responsibilities Of The Position Include

• Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
• Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
• Responding to customer calls and emails;
• Data entry of customer files;
• Credit adjudication (training provided);
• Providing superior professional service to valued clients.
• Working four days per week from the office, one day from home.
• Weekend shifts on rotation, one weekend shift per month.
