Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of new team members (squad-as-a-service, consultants & permanent employees) including keeping tracking documents up to date, preparing access and equipment requests, acting as a central point of contact for questions on the process, follow-ups, etc.
  • Document access requirements for each team and role under customer management and keep up to date as project needs evolve.
  • Assist with calendar management & meeting coordination: scheduling meetings or interviews, preparing relevant documentation/agendas, etc.
  • Assist with product family document management (centralizing and organizing Confluence sites, Sharepoint team sites, etc).
  • Coordination of training events for product family teams.
Professional & Educational Experience
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Copilot).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or access management tools is an asset.
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-starter, resourcefulness, ability to solve problems.
  • Professionalism, rigor, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Language
  • Bilingualism: Strong written and spoken French and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role.

Hybrid position – 2 days/week in the office.
