Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Bilingual Client Coordinator in Toronto to drive growth by coordinating client meetings, generating new business, and supporting ongoing client engagements. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage candidate screening, and help grow revenue across technology and staffing initiatives.

The role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication, and bilingual English-French proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend client meetings and lead discussions with stakeholders.
• Generate leads and drive business development for new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed defined targets for outreach, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful candidate screening.
• Assist with candidate interviews, prep, and debriefs and maintain candidate records.
