Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Case Coordinator - Bilingual (English/French) for in-person work in Barrie, ON. The role focuses on reviewing referrals for medical evaluation, coordinating assessments with a roster of professionals, and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with clients and providers.

The successful candidate will have a clinical background, strong customer service skills, and bilingual English/French abilities to support diverse clients and maintain SLAs across cases.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS).
• Clinical background (registered health professional preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and systems understanding.
• Mature, reliable work ethic.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• French-English bilingualism is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals to determine eligibility for medical evaluation.
• Screen for conflicts of interest and notify relevant parties.
• Schedule services with rosters of medical and paramedical assessors.
• Arrange secondary services (transportation, interpretation) when needed.
• Create notifications aligned with SLAs.
• Prepare directives for assessors.
• Meet deadlines and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Case Coordinator, Medical Assessments - Viewpoint

Status: Full Time -Permanent (in-person)

Location: Barrie, ON

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for reviewing the specifics of potential referrals to ensure we can accept them for medical evaluation
• Screening for conflict of interest and advising the appropriate parties when this arises
• Scheduling the service(s) with our roster of medical and paramedical assessors
• Booking secondary service providers when necessary (e.g. transportation, interpretation).
• Creating notifications consistent with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Producing the relevant directives for the assessor(s)
• Meeting deadlines
• Data entry and data accuracy
• Customer service
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Require familiarity of the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS).

• Mature and strong work ethic
• Computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)

• French-English bilingualism is mandatory
