National Bank of Canada is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support clients with their banking needs from our call centre. You will listen to client needs, offer personalized solutions, and help them navigate banking applications.

You will advise on transactions or credit solutions and refer specialized needs to colleagues as needed. You will work with a team in a dynamic, inclusive environment, with training over seven weeks and opportunities for growth through internal mobility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in French and English (bilingual).
