Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.
• Positive attitude and empathy for clients.
• Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to different situations.
• Languages: English.

Responsibilities
