Job summary

LiammCia Inc. seeks a marketing relations specialist to join the Calgary area team. This Quebec-based agency will expand into Alberta, offering B2B prospecting, LinkedIn profile management, and newsletter distribution, with bilingual French and English communications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French fluency in speaking and writing.
• Six months minimum experience in telephone prospecting.
• Experience with LinkedIn platform and client profile management.
• Familiarity with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Canva knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contact manufacturers, municipalities and educational institutions by telephone to schedule interviews with service company clients.
• Maintain close follow-up with clients and prospects.
• Work with LinkedIn to manage client profiles.
• Transmit and coordinate sending of newsletters and write newsletters.
• Possibly coordinate a small team and handle administrative tasks.
