Job summary
BrainRidge Consulting in Canada is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer to design, build, and scale cloud contact centre solutions for financial services clients. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to turn customer engagement goals into production-ready flows and integrations that perform reliably.
You will apply your knowledge of AWS, JavaScript/Python, and Lambda to deliver omnichannel experiences across voice, chat, and digital channels, while maintaining security
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing on Amazon Connect within AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect APIs and Customer Profiles.
- Experience delivering in Agile teams and collaborating across groups.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain contact flows and agent experiences for client journeys.
- Develop Lambda-based integrations using Amazon Connect APIs.
- Create outbound campaigns and unified Customer Profiles views.
- Embed workflows into the Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.
- Connect Amazon Connect to CRMs, ticketing systems, and core apps via AppIntegrations.
- Implement Contact Lens for analytics, sentiment, and quality management.
- Deliver omnichannel support across voice, chat, and digital channels.
