Job summary

The Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative will support the AR team with collections, invoicing, statements, and reconciliations, maintaining strong customer relationships in both French and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections in a high-volume AR department.
• Fluency in French and English with strong business writing and speaking skills in both languages.
• Proficient MS Office, Excel and Word; knowledge of AS/400 and Dynamics 365 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing drop shipment invoices and credit notes.
• Assist with processing manual invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare weekly statements and monthly reports for assigned accounts.
• Manage and provide documents to fulfil auditor requests.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with collections of outstanding accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Process incoming payments, posting and allocation of electronic payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to review account status and standings for promotions.
