Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English required.
• Customer service and/or call-center experience preferred, especially in banking or financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with authorized individuals to assess estate circumstances and facilitate timely payments.
• Mentor and support customer representatives through estate and succession processes.
• Manage file queues in a compliant, orderly manner following regulations and procedures.
• Aim to meet and exceed department goals and quality metrics.
