Proax Technologies Ltd. is seeking an AR Collection Clerk who will work under the Credit Manager to collect outstanding accounts and perform essential billing and collections tasks.

The role requires bilingual French and English communication and involves coordinating with customers and internal departments to resolve payment barriers. You will handle invoice reminders, document communications, and AR administration, including entering invoices and issuing credits.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy and accountability in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review aged invoice reports for past-due accounts and follow up with customers.
• Contact customers to collect amounts due and maintain good standing.
• Enter invoices on portals and issue credit notes or rebills as needed.
• Prepare AR reports detailing accounts receivable status.
