Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Mississauga to own the full AR cycle, including collections, payment posting, and bank reconciliations. You will proactively monitor overdue accounts using weekly and monthly aging reports to drive timely resolutions.

You will also open new customer accounts and handle end-to-end AR administration, including credit card processing. The role requires 2+ years of B2B AR and collections experience and familiarity with a large ERP

• Experienced with a large ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts receivable cycle, including collections follow-up on outstanding balances, payment posting across multiple methods (cheque, EFT, credit card), and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash reporting.
• Monitor and manage overdue accounts through regular aging reports prepared on both a weekly and monthly basis, with a focus on proactive outreach and timely resolution.
• Open new customer accounts and process credit card transactions, handling the end-to-end administrative side of the AR function.
