Job summary

Grand & Toy is seeking a Bilingual A/R Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of moderately to high-profile accounts in English and French. You will focus on timely collections, reconciliations, and informed credit decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, and e-Business teams, monitor EDI portals (Ariba, Tradeshift, Coupa, Oracle, etc.), and use Excel for analytics to reduce past-due balances while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and French required for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
Experience in accounts receivable, with knowledge of reconciliations, past-due collections, and credit decisions.
Strong communication skills, and ability to work with Sales, Credit, and e-Business teams.
Proficient with EDI portals and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day collections for moderate to high-profile accounts in English and French.
Resolve account issues, perform reconciliations, issue statements, and resolve disputes.
Meet or exceed A/R performance goals and DSO targets.
Reconcile high-volume accounts, identify billing errors, and request required documents.
Prepare and send dunning letters; escalate accounts for third-party collections as needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and other stakeholders to support payment terms.
