Job summary

Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) in Canada seeks a bilingual AI Training & Business Transformation Specialist to lead facilitation and delivery of AI and digital transformation training for post-secondary students and WIL host employers. You will be the primary program lead, teaching core AI content and managing eight-week cohort progress.

The ideal candidate is a skilled bilingual facilitator and adult educator with real AI proficiency, experienced in implementing

Qualifications

Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Education Technology, Business, or related field.
Equivalent experience as a facilitator, trainer, or adult educator will be considered.
Experience implementing technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact AI training sessions for both student and employer learning streams.
Facilitate synchronous virtual bootcamp sessions and workshops that provide practical, applied AI skills.
Coach employers on translating AI concepts into measurable operational improvements and sector-specific use cases.
Serve as the primary technical SME for AI content across ICTC's training programs.
Lead live virtual bootcamp sessions for student and employer cohorts, keeping participants engaged and progressing.
Collaborate with Sector Transformation Advisors and SMEs to ensure training reflects current business needs.
