Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Localization Specialist in Canada to lead multilingual content delivery for our digital learning products. You will coordinate localization projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.

The role blends project management, technical writing, localization operations, and customer-focused problem solving. You’ll work with internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to resolve

Qualifications

• Experience managing localization and translation projects (human or machine).
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience with translation management systems and content/LMS.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and version control.
• Technical content exposure and web technologies familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage localization projects from requirements to delivery on time and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify gaps, resolve translation issues, and implement solutions.
• Raise and manage vendor/partner relationships for localization deliverables.
• Develop and track translation quality programs and issue trends.
• Analyze workflows for improvements and efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs, FAQs, blogs, and external content.
• Publish content following technical writing standards and review processes.
• Gather localization requirements with SMEs and requestors.
• Use data tools for actionable localization insights.
• Support high-priority localization initiatives and AI governance compliant outputs.
