Job summary

Teamland is seeking skilled workshop facilitators to lead AI First® training for enterprise clients across Canada and beyond. You will run individual and multi-day sessions, blending practical AI usage with strategic thinking, and adapt on the fly to client scenarios.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AI tools in real workflows, a strong track record with corporate trainings, and willingness to travel for onsite delivery. English/French bilingual is strongly preferred.

The Workshops You'll Lead

- Range from 1-hour keynote-style sessions to full-day applied workshops

- Audiences from 10 senior executives to 100+ employees

- Hybrid, virtual, and onsite, with travel covered when needed

- Built on Teamland's proven AI First® curriculum (you don't design from scratch)

- Delivered in-person across Canada and virtually globally

- Are practitioners first, you use AI tools in your real work daily, not just talk about them

- Can hold a room of 10 skeptical executives OR 100 hands-on builders

- Make AI feel useful, not intimidating

- Adapt mid-workshop when a CTO derails with a hard question

- Are comfortable in high-stakes, high-seniority rooms

- Bring either deep applied AI skills, strong strategic AI thinking, or both

Job Requirements

- 3+ years of professional workshop, training, or facilitation experience

- Demonstrated hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot in real workflows

- Bilingual English/French strongly preferred

- Gold-star reliability, enterprise clients don't reschedule

- Willingness to travel for onsite delivery (fully expensed)

- Must be authorized to work in Canada

- Comfortable being recorded during workshops for client deliverables

Compensation

We pay competitive contract rates by experience tier and region.
