Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enablement resources.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
• Strong prompt-writing and AI output evaluation skills.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical resources for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and campaigns.
• Build role-based learning pathways with HR and business stakeholders.
• Develop enablement materials for AI platforms (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
• Create prompts, use-case guides, and job aids for non-technical audiences.
• Teach responsible AI practices and human-in-the-loop review.
• Coordinate with HR, Technology, Legal, and Security functions.
