Qualifications

• Experience with automation frameworks to elevate team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for key accounts.
• Deploy and optimize Qostodian across diverse environments.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and diagnose issues.
• Provide proactive guidance and technical best practices.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor account health.
