Job summary

FCC is seeking a Loans Analyst in Agriculture Commercial Financing to drive sales team success by preparing high-quality credit submissions and supporting loan administration. The role collaborates with Senior Relationship Managers across three provinces to assess risk and structure credit solutions while ensuring loan compliance.

You’ll work with customers to clarify details, analyze complex data, and help deliver strong customer relationships in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex customer information and prepare comprehensive credit submissions for commercial primary agriculture lending opportunities
• Establish conditions, covenants and security requirements within approved guidelines
• Confirm all credit requests meet policy before moving them forward for approval
• Support Senior Relationship Managers by analyzing structure, risk and customer needs
• Monitor loan compliance, complete account reviews and process administrative requests
• Work directly with Credit Management to structure, assess and recommend loan terms
• Connect with customers as needed to clarify details or gather additional information
• Research industry and enterprise trends to strengthen agriculture knowledge
• Collaborate with internal partners to serve customers effectively
