What will your typical day look like?

The Business Support Senior Assistant will work alongside colleagues to proactively provide exceptional administrative and client service support, including:

  • Calendaring and meeting support
  • Expense processing
  • Execution of various client lifecycle deliverables

The Business Support Assistant will:

  • Communicate daily with colleagues
  • Support consultants and teams with reports, marketing materials, and contracting documents within deadlines
  • Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting in Oracle
  • Assist with project setup and maintenance (including contracts, files, etc.)
  • Manage internal and external client communications as requested (phone, email, meetings)
  • Perform filing, billing, and other support activities
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to improve workflows and support team needs
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Handle special projects as required

The Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience with calendaring, expense, travel, and client lifecycle support
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual (FR) is an asset
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
