Quadient in Markham, Ontario is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage customer accounts, resolve payment issues, and help maintain healthy cash flow in a hybrid work setting. You will monitor aging, negotiate arrangements, and prepare reports.

Fluency in French and English and 3+ years in AR/collections are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolutions.

• Bilingual, fluent in French and English.
• 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts and overdue invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and secure timely resolutions.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or pricing issues.
• Partner with internal teams to address account and processing concerns.
• Maintain accurate collection records and account notes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on collection activities and results.
• Meet monthly collection targets and performance objectives.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
