Job summary

Quadient in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative (French/English) for a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage customer accounts, resolve payment issues, and help maintain healthy cash flow, with a focus on timely collections and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts and overdue invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and secure timely resolutions.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or pricing issues.
• Partner with internal teams to address account and processing concerns.
• Maintain accurate collection records and account notes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on collection activities and results.
• Meet monthly collection targets and performance objectives.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Accounts Receivable Representative

Location: Markham, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office weekly)

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Representative, where you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and helping maintain healthy cash flow.
